1. Overview

This website is operated by Jeremy C. Price Photography. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Jeremy C. Price Photography. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users of the site, including visitors, customers, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website.

2. Products & Orders

All products (metal prints, framed posters, t-shirts, and hoodies) are produced on demand through a trusted Print-on-Demand (POD) provider. As a result:

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
  • All sales are final (see Section 5 for refund policies).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms is suspected.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment must be completed at checkout via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other available payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • All items are produced on demand and require 3-7 business days for production before shipping.
  • Estimated shipping times vary:
    • U.S. Orders: 5-10 business days after production.
    • International Orders: 10-21 business days after production.
  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs issues.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Replacements

  • All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
  • We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery by providing:
    1. Order number
    2. Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • If a replacement is approved, it will be processed at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All photography, images, and content on this site are owned by Jeremy C. Price Photography and are protected by copyright law.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our images without written permission.
  • Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in service.
  • Shipping delays caused by external carriers.
  • Any issues resulting from third-party Print-on-Demand providers.

Use of this site is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes must be resolved in a Michigan court of law.
